Can someone please explain why Inter Milan are one of the top seeds when they haven't done diddly squat for donkeys' years? And why are Smelltic one of the second seeds? They've done hee haw in the Champions League yet are rated on a par with teams like Bayern Munich and Porto that have all won the CL within living memory?
