They shouldn't even be there anyway, should be the Hibs for finishing 4th!

If they actually won the cup then they would have deserved it, but they have been handed a passport to Europe without having to beat a single SPL side!

Hope they get pumped!

They also love the Hearts now and after that article in the paper I hope they suffer the same fate as the Hearts filth did last night!

Fuck the romance, that's doing no favours to Scotland's coeff.

It's a pity UEFA didn't have the balls to bring in the rule change for next season immediately, as they promised they would. That would have been us tonight in the UEFA Cup.

Scottish fotball made to look an even bigger joke than it alreadly looks due to this stupid cup runners up rule!

As I said above, they did not have to beat a single SPL side and they got a place in Europe for it!

You have to call into question the wisdom of letting cup runners up play in Europe. Tonights result is a good argument for 4th placed teams to get into the Uefa instead.

As a Hibs fan i would be personally happy but in the wider scheme of things its not a very fair system.

After putting out Rangers, and what may have been the Gunts - yes. Had we beaten Clyde, Mickey Mouse Utd, and Gala Fairydean - No. Awkward situation, but it's fcuking baws. The argument has already been won. From next season Cup runners-up won't get into the UEFA Cup.
