the problem is vlad is owner but doesnt have a recognised position inside hertz of lithuania fc...as such in the eyes of officialdom he isnt attached to the club.
the sfa and spl have tried to get him to declare his position over at gorgie farm but he wont - and to be fair why should he? its like jebus carrying own cross to the top of the hill and we all know what happened to old see-through hands.
