Nightclubs in London

Does anyone out there know of any decent nightclubs in London? Preferably with dance music rather than RnB or Urban music. Somewhere fairly central or easy to get to would be good but with reasonable prices although I am aware that prices being reasonable will be highly unlikely! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Nightclubs in London

What sort of dance music? And do you want to go to a huge superclub or somewhere smaller?

Re: Nightclubs in London

I'm looking for both really but a super club would be pretty good. Anything which plays late 90s dance music would be good but i know that would be unlikely. Not really into hard trance, something a bit more mainstream.

Re: Nightclubs in London

I went to a club near London Dungeons/Waterloo about a year back - was kinda similar to what Taste used to be like back in the day. Have no idea what the name of the venue was or anything like that - just know it was down some side street, under a bridge (the actual entrance to the club was under a bridge i mean).

Sorry - probably not any help at all, unless somebody else can fill in the drunken gaps.

Maybe SeOne? Never been there myself, but some of my mates seem to really like it.

Re: Nightclubs in London

It's pretty much like that, and is v good. It is quite expensive though - mind you, they all are. And also it's not particularly central.

Others you might like:

[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] - bit more banging, I would think. Less housy, more trance
[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] - haven't been there for years, but has good rep
Canvas (formerly Bagleys) at Kings Cross - bit mental. Got invited to a rollerdisco (of all things) there last week, but it has a lot of ibiza-type nights as well
[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register], also in Kings Cross - bit smaller, bit more chic

I can't see past Fabric. 3 different rooms, with something for everyone. Their CD series is tip-top too. I really really really really want to go, but never had the chance yet.

Only for sh!tey Ibiza-esque tunes and wanky folk!

Camden has some quality places (Underworld?)... and you can't beat "The Venue" in New Cross

have been mullered in all of those establishments with Fabric being the best imho despite healthy queues, bassbins under the floor in the back room, quality.
was a fan of the Labyrynth in Dalston many years ago but feck knows if its still open. Probably best grab a Time Out when yer down there and check whats on.
