Sounds OK to me, usual main dealer rip-off prices.
You could always take it to a good indie mechanic and insist that they use genuine Vauxhall parts and/or do whatever is needed to keep it within any manufacturer's warranty that's left.
Forza might be able to recommend somewhere.
