Where do I say that I'm offended? Why do you assume that, when all I'm pointing out is that people who give shit out should be prepared to take a little back. So people (not necessarily me) should just shut up and not comment when they don't like something they are hearing and which in many cases seems abusive or uncalled for?
The reason people keep relating this to racism is because society as a whole appears to accept that racist chanting and abuse is not acceptable at football any more. If you agree with that (?), then why is it that other types of verbal abuse cannot be questioned, and are just written off as people having a laugh and others being too sensitive?
