It's once again because of fucking Celtc & Rangers. They both signed big deals with NTL to give them exclusive rights to broadcast their highlights and games on the internet so a joint deal between everyone cannot be done. So the BBC highlights can only be shown in the UK.

in spite of all that, you find rangers and celtic online games as well as the highlights. but other games not.
sometimes i get to see the highlights, using hiding ip software + Uk s proxy. lol
