Basically the reporter has asked him straight out if he was in the uk on friday negotiating a move to a scottish club,Kim C just smiled and said he couldnt comment, he has been told not to say anything.the newspaper strongly believe the player to be on his way to a top scottish club or english 1 division,in the article it also says that he has asked for a move.
