Bill rolston of Coleraine University edited a couple of interesting photobooks about murals from the 80s; bit odd to see such intensely heartfelt political messages reduced to glossy, coffee table conversational aretfacts for the chattering classes.

Worst mural I ever saw was in a place called Macosquin on way towards Limavady from Coleraine, post 1985 Anglo Irish agreement; UVF shield with "You Have Betrayed the People of Ulster, Margaret THATHER" underneath it.

Dyslexic prods rool KO?

If the loyalist 'movement' had spent more time reading books in prison and less time in the gym they wouldn't have been such a failure in terms of political negotiations and international PR. David Ervine being the exception, of course.
