when you said you got an internal drive, I assumed that it was connected as an internal drive, not knowing what a caddy was - but if your connected by USB then its an external device which won't be logged under the BIOS primary/slave drives.
In that case I don't follow what you were doing here
"I tried that after googling it , i think set as slave it didnt show . The jumper is now on the 2 pins at the right hand side.
