Hibernian will be around alot longer than the current team, playing staff and coaching staff. With the money situation currently blossoming at Easter Road I would like to see this invested in a new stand and upgrade all facilities - Training ground, Ticket office, clubstore.
This in itself will increase revenue long term but it will make sure that all the foundations and building plans are completed and any further income in the future can be concentrated solely on footballing matters.

How will Hibs finances look in 10-20 years time? Will it be viable enough to upgrade all these musts at this point? Something that has to be taken into consideration.
