If JC wants to play a 4-3-3 formation, then I think we need a player similar to Killen, but with more pace. We could try our 3 forwards driving at their slow centre backs tomorrow, if this is the case, bringing in Shiels to play some kind of midfield role? He's certainly capable IMO.
