why does this only apply to woman. i had to take 1 weeks holiday to look after my son who had chicken pox while my female colleagues get special leave for this. i work in a predominantly female work environment ( social work departement ) and you wouldnt believe the sexism put on the male staff ie the crappy jobs get punted my way when a female worker can do the work equaly as well. also they get later starts for childcare bla bla bla while i cant yet i have a three year old child that needs to go to nursery. besides that my partners work is shocking
